61-year-old Man Caught Sexually Abusing A Two-Year-Old

After being contacted by officers in another county about years old sexual assault charges filed against a 61-year-old man, the police in Cache County arrested the man. He was allegedly caught in the act of sexually abusing a two-year-old at the time.

Initial Charges Filed After Teenager Reported Abuse

The initial charges filed against the accused relate to the sexual abuse of a minor. The warrant was issued when a 15-year-old girl approached officers and told them she had been sexually abused for years by a man named Otto Kennedy. However, the police were unable to find Kennedy at that time. Later, they learned he was living elsewhere and contacted the police in that area.

He has been charged with sexual assault of a child under the age of 16 and may face child pornography charges.
